About our Founder
Vedha Nayak is builder, operator, and community architect creating high-agency ecosystems for ambitious humans.
She was previously the Head of Platform at MoVi, where she supported leadership on strategic direction and shaped programming to boost member experience and engagement.
Before that, she worked on the Venture Growth & Partnerships team at Republic, where she helped scale founder and investor networks through strategic partnerships with VC firms and accelerators as well as led the Venture Fellows & Associates program to help ambitious undergraduates, MBAs & mid-career operators break into Venture Capital.
She also grew and nurtured a global community of more than 25,000 women founders & investors in her role leading SheWorx. She hosted over 30 events geared towards providing capital access with over 200 attendees on average.
At gener8tor, she designed accelerator initiatives and supported diligence to identify high‑potential founders building game-changing technology and innovating how we work & learn.
She was also a Venture Resident at gener8tor’s 5th Year Program, during which she built and launched new products on a five‑week sprint (a crash course in doing fast, thoughtful work with zero room for noise). Her biggest learning: if you can build something useful every week, you can do pretty much anything (except maybe describe your job at a dinner party).
Vedha’s work lives at the intersection of capital, community, and cultural momentum.
The throughline? Betting early on people and ideas that the world isn’t ready for yet.
She’s been recognized for her work by global organizations including:
